You’re absolutely correct. When I met my current doctor I loved that he asked me about my sleep, stress, home and work life. When my cholesterol numbers came back high he immediately began discuss excercise and diet. He has never once mentioned a prescription.

What a refreshing article to know the truth about health and wellness. My mother rarely gave us antibiotics, so I was raised on this premise of self-healing. But, it is so refreshing to hear it from a physician!
